Charity Pool Tournaments Summer 2026
We are hosting 2 Tournaments this summer to benefit local charities. The first is July 18 for Sammy's Forgotten Felines. The second is August 15 for the Kamloops Food Bank.
50% of proceeds go to the charity. 30% to 1st and 20% to 2nd per bracket of 8 (or less, depending on attendance).
$25 fee, cash on site or e-transfer beforehand.
8 Ball singles, double elimination.
The Event starts at 11am. Subsequent brackets will start as the previous winds down, so we won't have tables empty for long, and can shoot a whole lot of pool.

Sign ups closed for July 18 Tournament.

Quick Rules
(Full rules can be found below in the downloads section)

8-ball on the break is neither a win nor a loss. Breaker (Opponent if it's a foul) chooses to spot the 8 or re-rack and break.
A foul on the 8 is only a loss if you actually sink the 8 ball. If it's on the table, the game is not over.
Handicaps begin week 1 using CSR. New players will use a default until they have a rating.
Call your 8-ball & any non-obvious shot (Banks, Combos, less obvious cuts).
Bumping a ball other than the cue is not a foul. Opponent gets to reset the ball.
No coaching! If you have a rules question, call for the Opposing Captain, use the rulebook, or call the coordinator.
If you can't make a match, call at least 1 hour before start time & reschedule with the opponent.
